The breakfast was good hot and plentiful for the value, with outstanding food. Also, location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, at walking distance from Colombario di Via Taranto. There was a fabulous restaurant, shopping centers and convenience stores next door.

It is an excellent option to visit the center of Rome. From there there are several options of public transport to go to the most important places. The very attentive and friendly staff will provide you with the information you need and help you with everything. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is quite good. The rooms are simple but everything is in good condition and clean. The dinner is excellent, very good Italian cuisine (in our case it was not included in the price but we found it a very reasonable cost).
As possible improvements, I see the possibility of putting kettle service in all rooms, and some more amenities in the bathroom (they only put gel). The hotel has carpeting, that is good for silence but you can never have 100% clean. . I could suggest the hotel not to change the towels every day, only if the client asks for it, for example leaving them in a container for this purpose. That way you would save a lot of laundry costs and it is better for the environment.

The hotel is beautiful inside. As for the location of the hotel that perhaps is what most pushes you back before entering when you see the area, and so more negative comments I found regarding the hotel. I have to say that it's 3-4 km from the center, almost 5 minutes from it you get to an avenue that connects you directly to the center of Rome, and if you're not one of those who likes to walk, it has very good connections by both subway and bus. The area in which the hotel is located is a residential area, where authentic local people live, which is something that people should value when they go to the sites, as is the daily life of the local people, not just the tourist part of the place to which they go. For this reason perhaps it is not the most pleasant area to look at because it seems like a neighborhood of a lifetime, but you have to know how to appreciate it, I walked back practically every day from the center even at night and nothing happened to me, nor did I see anything strange that you can not find in your own city.
There are some pretty dry receptionists, none of whom treat you badly, but they don't make you feel at home either, which is a bit like staying in a hotel.

It's a great location. 40 minutes by suburban train from the airport. It is 5 minutes from the station to the hotel, so if you arrive late at night, it is very convenient. Bus 16 stops next to the hotel, which goes to some of the sights. Two subways are within walking distance. A 24-hour big supermarket where you can buy food. Good breakfasts. Coffee from the coffee machine, omelette, sausages, cereals, yogurt, pastries, cheese, slices. If you have blocked money for the first night, then on arrival at the hotel staff will close the reservation at the expense of blocked money. Which gives credibility to the staff. Since there's no kettle in the rooms. There's an electric kettle and a microwave on the ground floor.
When it was very hot and we lacked a fridge.

I stayed at B&B Hotel Roma Tuscolana San Giovanni for 5 nights during my vacation in Italy. The hotel provided everything I needed at a reasonable price. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location near the train station made it convenient to travel to the airport and explore the city. The hotel was also very clean and had good quality linen. a reliable and no-frills hotel that I would book again.
I recommend this hotel.

Convenient location. 3 minutes walk from Roma Tuscolana station (direct train) from Fiumicino airport). Furio Camillo Metro Station is 7 minutes away. On the way there is a good Tigre supermarket and a good family pizza restaurant Pizza e abbracci. On the plus side there is a large room and a very wide bed with a soft mattress (room with 1 bed).
First, we settled in a 2-bed room - (booked 3-bed) with a view of the railway station. Changed to a 2-bed room overlooking the patio. Agreed on compensation - the money on the card came in 1.5 weeks. But there's still the sludge. Very noisy hotel ventilation system - if you open the window, it's hard to sleep. The room ventilation wasn't working. The door in the shower cabin was broken. The flooring was dirty. There's no kettle, no fridge, no safe in the room. They cleaned the room once in a while. The maids opened the door without knocking. Breakfast is quite average - sausage, cheeses, pastries, juices, fruit, coffee from the coffee machine.
